• If vendors sell on Narmadapuram Store:

    1. Vendor Approval ASGroup may :

  • Approve or reject vendor applications Suspend vendors without notice
    Request documents anytime.

    2. Vendor Responsibilities :

  • Vendor is fully responsible for:Product authenticity Product quality Safe packaging
    Accurate listing MRP accuracy Stock availability.

    3. Dispatch Timeline :

  • Vendors must dispatch within an agreed timeframe. Delay may result in:Penalty
    Order cancellation Suspension.

    4. Product Issues :

  • If customer receives:Defective product Wrong product Vendor must: Accept replacement
    Bear return shipping cost Provide quick resolution

    5. Commission & Payment :

  • ASGroup will deduct commission before payout.Payout released only after:
    Successful delivery No active dispute
    ASGroup may hold payout if: Complaint pending Fraud suspected Quality issues reported.

    6. Vendor Prohibited Actions :

  • Vendor must NOT:Sell counterfeit goods Mislead customers Manipulate reviews Increase price after order
    Violation may lead to permanent ban.

    7. Vendor Liability :
