Customized or made-to-order products
Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear
Products without original packaging or proof of purchase
3. Return Request Process
To request a return:
Contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery
Provide order details and clear photos/videos of the issue
Our team will review the request and confirm eligibility
4. Return Pickup or Drop-Off
Approved returns may be:
Picked up from the delivery address, or
Required to be dropped off at our store
The return method will be decided by the store based on the product type.
5. Replacement Policy
If eligible, a replacement will be provided within 1 working day, subject to product availability.
If the replacement product is unavailable, a refund will be initiated.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after the returned product is inspected and approved.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
Refund processing time:
5–7 working days for online payments
3–5 working days for UPI or bank transfers
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before dispatch.
Once the order is dispatched, cancellations are not accepted.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
Customers must report damaged or missing items at the time of delivery or within 24 hours.
Claims reported after this period may not be accepted.
